I’m Luke, my partner is Kat. In about a year, give or take we are going on a journey. . .
Whats this blog about?
First off its about the planning of a trip around the world. Secondly it will become my journal, a chance to write while on the road. Over time i hope the site will grow into a journal come referance site for other travellers.
Why Start Now?
Thats simple, there are so many blogs out there about people’s travel, where they are, what they are doing etc ageat example is wandering why, unfortunatly it has just finished but well worth a browse. This blog is starting from the begining. A year before the trip. I have not seen another blog like it, if anyone has one or has come across one please let me know.
Whats Included?
There is going to be quite a bit. I want to get in informtion about countries, budgeting, how much its going to cost, where to go for information, good flights, places not to go and much much more. Anything and everything really. I will also have the beginings of my own personal journal which will eventually be my travel journal.
Do you have something to say?
I dont want this site to be just about me and my journey, i want it to be a place where like minded people can contribute to help other like minded people on their journey around the world. It would be great if over the next year I could build a site where people can share ideas and planning their own trips. I look forward to hearing from you.
