So what is their to say about the last year,well more than a year… honestly their aint alot. It been much of the same and i really found it hard to motivate myself to write anything. Travel seemed to be so distant at one point then it crept ever closer… Some time towards the end of July i managed to get myself out of dept having taken non of the advise i had previously written in my post about saving to travel around the world. Since i have been out of dept things have moved really fast, so fast in fact that by the end of august we had booked a trip to south America. Cant really remember what my last thoughts where on where we where going to go and when we where going to do it but we decided, i did half think about writing something then Travel arrives at last… well almost

These are my first thoughts on saving money to travel around the world. I have given this some thought after looking at a couple of other blogs for tips about saving, there are so many which talk through ways to save money with coupons etc. There are not so many which talk about not spending money, not impulse buying and only buy what you cant live without.

Savings with Sadie has some interesting money saving tips for you Americans out there. How I save money has some great tips on budgeting and saving long term which is also well worth a read. Fantastic, we learn how to save money when we go out and buy our groceries, toiletries and every thing else we need.
