My first thoughts on why . .

Always wanted to travel around the world. .

For some time now I have wanted to travel. Although I have had this Huger for travel I am not to sure where it came from or exactly why it is inside me. As a kid I always wondered about all the different people and places there are out there. The older I get the more this excited me and the more I realised that I wanted to travel, just to understand have a chance to understand how diverse and different our planet is. Through out university a listened as my friends started to plan to travel. Unfortunately at that time i was unable to afford a trip around the world so I decided that a journey to the french Alps for a season was a good option. Well I had an absolutely fantastic time, fell in love with the mountains and snow boarding. At this point I was sure, I had to go around the world. That was 3 years ago, 3 years have passed, i have developed my career to a nice ‘break’ point and feel it is now time to start planning my journey around the world.

My reasons for Traveling around the world. .

When i was a young boy I had no idea of how incredibly big the world is, i had no idea of the vast differences in counties and cultures. I am sure a number of you would argue that i still have no idea, on the most part you would be correct. What i am, is completely open minded and open to any input whether it be from this blog, people i chat to or the people I meet over the next 2-3 years of my life.

I started out this post thinking that i could write quite simply the reasons why i want to travel, in reality this is an impossible task for me. Their is no way that i could explain why I want to travel in less that a thousand words, maybe even 10,000 words. I am also open to the very real and probable possibility that the veiws i am writing down now will change over the next year and almost definitely change while i am travelling. I am there for going to add a tag and a series to any posts which i put in this area.
